Why Khao Tao, Hua Hin is a good place to recover
The White Room is in Khao Tao, a quiet seaside village in Hua Hin District, less than five minutes' walk from the reservoir and two beaches. Hua Hin is 2.5 to 3 hours south of Bangkok by road or rail.

Why we chose it
Why Khao Tao suits recovery
A calm, safe environment is not a luxury in recovery. It is the foundation.
Khao Tao is our favourite part of Hua Hin: traditional yet quietly modern, with gentle hills, temples, local Thai restaurants and friendly cafés around the house. You have space to breathe, and space to belong.
When the nervous system is always braced for danger, real change is hard. Khao Tao's slower rhythm helps the body step out of survival mode and settle. That is why we built The White Room and our daily program here.
